It’s challenging to juggle the responsibilities of work, life, and family in a normal world—not to mention everything going on with the COVID-19 pandemic.
As we go into week 8 of fully-remote operations at CORMAC, we’d like to shine a light on our continued perseverance and success, all thanks to a strong support system established by our very own team members.
- Caring. The COVID-19 Relief Fund has raised $2000+ and is still going strong! We raised these funds for the UnitedWay of Central Maryland, a non-profit organization that addresses critical needs in local communities, including education, housing, employment and health to help low income families achieve self-sufficiency.
- Communicating. We are sharing updates and resources via email, company newsletter, and Microsoft Teams. Resources range from CDC guidelines to “sanity savers” such as puzzles, books, and games.
- Collaborating. Our Innovation Lab team is brainstorming ways to improve dashboards based on publicly available COVID-19 data.
