After reviewing more than 300 submitted proposals, CMS has selected CORMAC as one of the Top 25 participants to advance to Stage 1 of the CMS Artificial Intelligence (AI) Health Outcomes Challenge. The scope of the challenge asked teams to identify ways of using AI and deep learning to predict unplanned hospital visits within a 30-day window for Medicare beneficiaries, as well as find innovative approaches to explain results to front-line clinicians and patients.
