CORMAC has been awarded a contract by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the Post-Acute Care (PAC) Quality Reporting Programs (QRP). CORMAC will be a sub-contractor for Swingtech Consulting for this effort.
The primary functions of this work include data analysis to support Annual Payment Update determinations, monitoring and evaluation activities, technical public reporting, and other data reporting requirements. Additionally, our team will provide programmatic technical support to stakeholders in relation to the Hospice, IRF, LTCH, SNF, and HHA QRPs’ policies and procedures, provider reports, programmatic technical assistance, and provider outreach & communications.
This contract will support numerous stakeholders, including CMS and other Federal partners, to help them achieve success in the reporting of standardized assessment data, quality measure data, resource use, and other quantifiable statistics.
