CORMAC has been awarded a contract by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The award is entitled Commercial Solutions Opening Pilot Program (CSOP) – Artificial Intelligence (AI) For Past Performance Prototypes & Pilots Acquisition. The purpose of this contract is to determine the extent to which AI can assist contracting officers in making more efficient and effective use of CPARS data by rapidly identifying relevant records to support past performance evaluations. The CPARS AI Proof of Concept and prototype will be a solution built on the CORMAC Envisioning and Prediction Enhancing System (CREPES), which leverages Machine Learning (ML), unsupervised Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), manifold learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The initial phase of this award is for a period of four months, which will be dedicated to building a prototype for DHS.
