Contract Award: CMS ESRD Service Delivery/Payment Model

CORMAC, as a member of the IMPAQ team, is awarded a contract to provide Implementation and Beneficiary Alignment Consulting Support for CMS’s new service delivery and payment model for Medicare beneficiaries with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The initiative requires operational and technical support for participant tracking, beneficiary matching, quality measurement and analysis of performance, financial performance analysis, program monitoring and cross-cutting support functions.
