CONTRACT AWARD: Civil Money Penalty (CMP) Application and CMP Reinvestment State Plan Reviews

CORMAC is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Civil Money Penalty (CMP) Application and CMP Reinvestment State Plan Reviews Contract.
As part of its continued commitment to America’s most vulnerable populations, CMS has launched the Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP) to improve quality of life by equipping nursing home administrators and stakeholders with technical tools and assistance to enhance resident care. Under this program, CMS created numerous toolkits to support nursing home providers and their employees with assistance on topics such as sleep hygiene in dementia clients, infection control, and staffing.
CORMAC will provide business process services to assist with the screening of CMP reinvestment applications, and State plans for reinvestment of CMP funds. CORMAC will also provide analytics, database administration, and other administrative support.
