Our hiring process helps ensure that every team member we hire is the right fit for us and vice versa. If we think you’re a good match, we’ll get in touch to schedule an interview. Our full interview process includes three stages:
- Initial Interview (phone screening) – First things first. You’ll start by telling us about yourself–your work, your goals, and your passions. We encourage you to ask questions and get to know CORMAC as well!
- Technical Interview (panel phone interview) – Time for a deeper dive. You’ll be interviewed by our Project Leads to make sure your skills align with the project/position.
- Leadership Interview (face-to-face or video conference) – Almost there! You’ll meet with CORMAC leadership learn more about our company values and determine whether or not we’ll be moving forward with the hiring process.
If all goes well, welcome to the team! An offer of employment will be extended to the best candidate by our Recruiting team. The selected candidate will be provided with detailed information regarding onboarding forms as well as any other requirements that need to be completed prior to start date.
