About Us

At CORMAC Corporation, we’ve earned a solid reputation for providing the advanced IT solutions Federal agencies need to accomplish their missions. Providing services as both a prime contractor and as a teaming partner with some of the largest and most respected contractors in the world, we have the distinction of being one of a select few companies our size to earn the coveted CMMI® Maturity Level 3 appraisal.

Founded in 2002, our company is conveniently located minutes away from many Federal agencies, with offices in Herndon, VA and Columbia, MD. We are a full-service, women-owned organization, with key specializations in Data Management, Business Analytics and Health IT solutions. In order to provide the highest levels of quality and service to our customers — and at the same time, a satisfying place for our employees to work — we strive to maintain a culture based on integrity, honesty, innovation and diversity.

CORMAC will be recognized by our employees, clients and competitors as the leader in Federal and Commercial Data Management and Business Analytics Solutions. Our growth and development is guided by a set of core principles that are shared and practiced by all of our employees. Our commitment to these beliefs allows us to meet the needs of all of our stakeholders: our clients, partners, coworkers and community.

  • Relentless Pursuit of Client Satisfaction — Anticipating requirements and exceeding expectations
  • Focus on Results — Producing exceptional outcomes for our clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Innovation — Promoting creativity in an environment that encourages diverse solutions and processes
  • Cost Effectiveness and Stewardship — Responsibly managing resources to maximize value
  • Teamwork — Encouraging, embracing and engaging all members of our diverse workforce

Our Culture

CORMAC maintains an innovative and flexible culture that gives our employees the freedom to use their skills to best solve our client’s problems. We expect a lot from our employees. We empower them to be at their best, most creative, and most resourceful because we do not exercise excessive oversight and controls. CORMAC is small enough that our employees see the effects of their contributions on the company’s and our client’s success, and large enough to provide stability and growth opportunities.

Community Involvement

At CORMAC, a central part of who we are as a company is our commitment to and involvement in our community. Here are just a few of our recent activities in support of our community.

  • Ongoing support of the Baltimore Teacher Network
  • Internship programs with local universities
  • Maryland Food Bank — Each year CORMAC employees give generously to this nonprofit hunger-relief organization working to end hunger throughout Maryland.
