Dominic Raj

President

Dominic Raj has focused on Data Management throughout his 25+ year career. Mr. Raj served as Data Architect and DBA to companies including IBM, Verizon, EDS and Raytheon before co-founding CORMAC Corporation in 2002. While at Raytheon, Mr. Raj led the design of multiple systems for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, an experience that formed the basis of his focus on Health Data Management. He has always believed that “it’s all about the data” — and has continually sought innovative ways to unlock the power of data while reducing cost of ownership. Mr. Raj holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physics, as well as an MBA.

Bob Bascom

Vice President, Operations

With more than 35 years of experience in engineering and IT, Robert Bascom ensures performance on all contracts, oversees CORMAC’s Human Resources, IT and Contracts functions, and assists with Business Development. Mr. Bascom previously served as President of Arctic Slope Technical Services at ASRC Federal Holding Company, as well as VP of Operations for ASRC Management Services and Program Manager. He has more than 20 years of program management experience in the private and public sectors, overseeing complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts ranging to more than $400M in value. Mr. Bascom holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, and is a certified PMP.

Sumi Raj

Director, Finance

For over 25 years, CORMAC’s co-founder and Finance Director Sumitra Raj has used her expertise to benefit a variety of private and non-profit businesses. Ms. Raj began her accounting career at Child Relief And You, and went on to apply her expertise at Concerned for Working Children. When she and Dominic Raj co-founded CORMAC in 2002, Ms. Raj put her education and experience to work to provide oversight to all CORMAC finance and accounting functions.

Manjunath Salimani

Vice President – Program Delivery

With more than 20 years as an IT Manager, Manjunath Salimani provides executive oversight to CORMAC's program delivery functions and supports capture and business development. Mr. Salimani previously served as a Vice President with United Health Group (Optum's federal consulting division) and a Consulting Services Director with CGI, a global management consulting and IT services firm. During his consulting career spanning both the public and private sectors, he engaged key Fortune 100 and federal clients whose contracts were valued at over $135 million with 300+ FTEs. His strong IT engineering background added to his business process specialization acumen allow him to apply unique technological strategies to produce IT business solutions in the federal government arena. Mr. Salimani holds an Honors degree in Engineering.
